Inner Thigh Lift or Liposuction
Liposuction treats selected fat deposits; a thigh lift treats loose skin and reshapes tissue. Some patients need one, both, or neither.

The ICRS thigh material distinguishes liposuction, which removes selected subcutaneous fat, from thigh lift surgery, which removes and repositions loose skin and tissue.
The decision depends on whether fat, skin laxity, or both create the concern; skin quality; weight stability; scar acceptance; prior weight loss; anatomy; and the area of the thigh involved. Liposuction alone does not reliably tighten substantially loose skin.
The estimate follows examination because anesthesia, facility, garments, the extent of treatment, and whether procedures are combined all affect the plan. Ask where the scar would be and how work, walking, exercise, compression, and follow-up would be managed.
For personalized guidance, the next step is a consultation with the practice. The team can review your goals, timing, relevant history, and realistic options directly with you.
